Hi Blog Friends!
I hope your Easter was blessed with family, fun and fine Spring weather!
We had a 5th birthday party for our oldest grandson, a family dinner, an Easter egg hunt, colored eggs, made cookies, a family breakfast and a house full of wonderful family. Whew - busy weekend! Blessed, loved it!
(Gaga needs a nap now, tho! - Yes, that's my name, lol.... it was the first name for me and it stuck. The name only seems strange when his teachers call me that, haha.)
Here's my big buddy with the "Percy the Train" cake I made him. We made Thomas the train last year.
Speaking of our oldest grandson, he was here a few weeks ago and he stayed with us for a few days. He was a great helper during the day and Tonya and I put him to work in the office. I was working on a blog post one evening and he was playing computer games on my laptop next to me. After awhile I realized that the computer was quiet and he wasn't playing the game any more.
Here's the conversation:
"What's up, buddy, want to go play something else?"
"Gaga, does the Easter bunny HAVE to come to your house?"
"No, he only comes to the houses of GOOD kids".
"Can you put out a sign that you don't want the Easter bunny to stop at your house?"
"Well, I guess so, but why would someone want to do that? The Easter bunny brings candy and toys and goodies."
He reached across me silently and handed me the photos that were in my printer output tray...I had printed them out earlier in the day.
AHAHAHAHAHAHAHA. Scarred for life.
We had a talk about blogs and how Gaga sometimes makes funny pictures in Photoshop....just for the fun of it.
Here's the photos I had been working on earlier that day:
Ted Cutts (of Art Gone Wild and Stamper's Anonymous) shows up in the funniest places sometimes....and you just never know what in the world he's going to be wearing. Hmmmm, who is that shadowy figure with him??? PINK?? Seriously, guys.... you gotta stop clowning around, you're scaring small children. Ted, don't you have something else you can put on, we really need to dress up.... it's EASTER!

Ayiyiyi! Ummmm, I was thinking more along the lines of a nice polo shirt!
Thankfully my grandson forgot all about the photos by the time Easter rolled around, lol!
I'll see you again soon this week with another FREEBIE, be sure to check back!
Spring Blessings to you,
Darcie
hehehehehe

That picture is hysterical! Last year I took a class by Ted at the Stampaway Convention in Cincinnati. I'm not sure I can do that this year - I would be laughing too much! (Yeah - I can still take a class -he will have to just wonder why I keep giggling!)

The outfit is very becoming! Good thing the litle guy forgot about it though. I could see where he wouldn't want any candy from the "Easter" Bunny. By the way, the cake was much cuter.

Thanks for making my day Darcie--It's hard to type cause I'm laughing so hard. I hope this isn't one of those things that will require your grandson to need therapy for in a few years LOL...
