Ugh, that doesn't look too good! I hope it turns out to be fixable!

That is one scary incident! I do not react well to any kind of drama...at all! You sounded waaaaay calmer than I ever should have been. You do know that guys will go to major extremes to get to Man Toys, right Ü
Hope is hand gets better quickly!

Oh, that is so NOT good! I'm sorry to hear about the tractor, I hope your husband is ok! Cute dog!

Wow - that's scary! Glad that he wasn't injured badly.

Hi Darcie, I never comment on these things but I had to on this one. We also had that happen a few years ago. My husband had parked it next to our horse stall, and the straw under it caught on fire and caught part of our barn on fire. The hose wouldn't put it out and luckily we had a fire extinguisher in the barn. I had never heard of that happening to anyone else before. I'm glad it wasnt worse!! Thank you for all the information you share with us, I really love your projects.

INSURANCE!!!!! HA! I never thought of that..... :)

Hi Darcie--That happened to my husband about 10 years ago--but the tractor was close to the house--so we had flames shooting up the side of the house--I also was screaming for the fire extinguisher until I realized the hose was only about 3 feet away--the great news is that Paul was so sad to see his tractor was burned beyond redemption--but insurance came through and he was able to get bigger and better--the whole MORE POWER thing--In the end it all turned out. Hope Dan makes it through the pain and thank goodness it wasn't worse. Take care...

Yikes!

Ohno! How sad! I hope he's ok!

Eek, I hate it when stuff like that happens out of the blue. So sorry to hear about the tractor, my husband would be crushed if that happened to his. We have a huge garden and I don't know what we would do with out it. Thanks for sharing.

Your husband is lucky that it wasn't worse. My husband is a firefighter and some of the stories he tells me about gasoline exploding and people getting injured are pretty scary. I enjoy reading your blog.... it's at the top of my list to check each day.

Wow, hope your husband is OK! What a scary thing to have happen. Thank you for the opportunity to win the stamp set.
