Hi Blog Friends,
Well, I've been a little remiss on posting this week.... here's the reason why:
This cute guy's dad (my son), was home for an all too brief visit. My son has been serving in far away places for many months, and was able to come home for a short R & R break.... then all too soon, back to harm's way. (Waaay too soon for Mom... these many months have seemed like YEARS!) Huey's been keeping us company while my son is gone. He wasn't too thrilled about wearing this ribbon for my photo, but he's such a sweet big guy, he cooperated anyway. I never could get him to look at the camera, though, lol.Yup, it was all about pride and the girly yellow ribbon I made him wear. :) He perked right up when I took it off.
In my last post, I shared the projects from the Wedded Bliss cling mounted rubber stamp set with you. How would you like a chance to WIN that set.... for FREE? The set is item # JCS122 Wedded Bliss, and it normally retails for $24.95. Here's what the set looks like:
If you'd like to be entered in the drawing for this Rubber Stamp Set, just post a comment to THIS blog post by Midnight, Monday, May 24 . I'll randomly draw a winning comment on Tuesday, May 25 and post the winner's name. The winner will have until Friday, May 28 to claim their prize.... (gotta check back often!). (I can only ship the prize to addresses in the U.S.A.)
OK, well, I'll be back again soon this week with more goodies for you!
Darcie :)

I can't wait to see who wins this!

Well, I'm new to your site! Looking forward to all the inspiration you will be sharing :) (Just visited the Stamp Convention in OC, MD and am excited to try all the new things!) I think I will check out your "cookbook", too!

Oh how excited I am to see this. I didn't know anything about your company until this weekend when I went to the stamp convention in Ocean City, Maryland. Your booth was so cute and the stamp set you are offering is the very one I would have bought. But alas, with a husband who is unemployed, my stamping money is limited so I just sighed and walked away planning to save up to buy this when I could. So you see, if I won, it would go to a loving home and live with other well loved stamps and be cared for and used. Does that tug at your heartstrings enough??? It's all true!!

I just recently discovered your blog and I love it! I have a Cricut but I don't use it all that often. The cartridges are so expensive I can't afford to buy that many of them. Be sure to let us know what you think of the Pazzles, I wish I would have waited a while and researched them a little more. I'm interested in how hard the software is to learn. Thank you for the opportunity to win this set!

Hey, thanks so much to all of you for the kind comments! Jolene asked about my Business Facebook account... WOW, I just activated it today, lol. That was quick, how did you find that so soon! The Facebook account is listed under Darcie Heater Designs, and I guess just today they changed it to "Like" instead of "Become a Fan". So somewhere in the upper right hand corner there is a "Like" button. Thank you all!

I just noticed you have a Business Facebook, but I couldn't figure out how to become a fan. I think something changed on facebook today, I was trying to find the fan link on several pages and they were gone. Anyway, I just wanted to thank you for being so helpful, I emailed you a few weeks ago and I appreciated that you wrote me back right away and answered all my questions. THANK YOU!! :-)
